UPDATED: Neil Patrick Harris About To Become Father Of Twins!

Rumor has it that Neil Patrick Harris and his partner, actor and chef David Burtka, are set to become parents of twins in October!
A source tells E! that the pair, who've been together for over six years, hired a surrogate and the babies are due somewhere around October. Last year Star magazine had claimed that the couple were spotted at a surrogate agency, making this seem like there might be some truth to it. :)
