The Metropolitan Museum Of Art hosted a Tribute To The Models Of Versailles 1973 last night and some fabulous black models both young and mature were there. See pics of Iman, Pat Cleveland, Bethann Hardison and Soledad O'Brien inside...
The ultra-stylish women of New York gathered during the Met's Tribute To The Models Of Versailles 1973. Seen above, Pat Cleveland posed with fashion designers Oscar de la Renta, Donna Karan and Iman.
Donna later posed with CNN's Soledad O'Brien and fellow journalist Alina Cho.
Star Jones looked nice...from the neck up...in her grey-printed dress. The dress upsets me.
And Cicely Tyson rocked a mink coat with matching headwear.
Models Amina Warsuma and Iman struck a pose together.
Singer Estelle attended the event.
Liya Kebede kept it casual. But because she made the cover of VOGUE, she can do whatever she wants.
During the presentation, Oscar de la Renta was joined by Donna Karan and Stephen Burrows.
Again....it's fashion. And he is Stephen Burrows. But the fanny pack?
Liya smiled and posed with Veronica Webb. All that crushed velvet was unnecessary though.
At the end of the event they took a fab group shot. What a fab pic of Amina Warsuma, Norma Jean Darden, Pat Cleveland, fashion designer Stephen Burrows, Charlene Dash, Alva Chin, China Machado, Billie Blair, and Bethann Hardison.
