Mariah's showing off sheer baby belly. She was spotted leaving a doctor's visit in L.A. yesterday and heading to her brand new $400,000 Rolls Royce Phantom. A Christmas present from her hubby Nick Cannon. I'm sure the baby(ies) will love rolling around in that.
