Jason Kidd DUI Details Emerge

By now most people have read about the Jason Kidd DUI, but details continue to emerge about how he ended up cuffed and crammed into the back on a police car in New York City. The NBA star may be in a load of trouble after wrapping his car around an NYC telephone pole. The accident happened sometime around 2AM Sunday morning in Southhampton, NY. Luckily he wasn’t badly hurt in the wreck, which left him briefly hospitalized for “minor injuries.” After leaving the hospital he was booked, held for a while, then released after being arraigned. He is being charged for misdemeanor DWI and should have a court date coming soon. That is the basic story. But the details are starting to come out about what happened before. Kidd, who just signed a ridiculous multi-million dollar contract just days before his arrest, was photographed looking pretty wasted at a club that night.
