One week after Japan's most iconic music festival, Fuji Rock, comes its polar opposite rival, Summersonic, drafting in another wave of international music acts to play alongside a few domestic artists only an hour out of Tokyo. Attracting some 246,000 visitors over three days last year (its 10th year anniversary) the 2010 incarnation returned to a two-day line-up and drew 158,000 for an unusually eclectic, mixed bag of performers.
