Hasta la Vista, Actors!
The Terminator franchise will continue with a 3D animated film, Terminator 3000, which is scheduled to begin production in January. No word yet on whether it will follow the events in Terminator: Salvation.
The budget for the 3D animated film will be $70 million, and the film will be rated PG-13. No information has been released about whether or not Arnold might make a vocal cameo, but he is making an appearance in this weekend’s new release The Expendables, so who knows?
Nothing to report as far as other voice talent is concerned, but we all know what happened the last time people got a hold of audio of Christian Bale, so we’re thinking they MIGHT go a different way this time for the role of John Connor.
Maybe they should bring back from irrelevance Terminator 2’s Edward Furlong to play the voice of John Connor. That could definitely be a way to catch interest of older Terminator fans.
