Ha. We love how down and dirty this has become!
Mel Gibson's ex, Oksana Grigorieva, claims that her former flame is not paying child support for their daughter, Lucia.
"He is not paying me a penny. Nothing," she said. "I was trying to keep things dignified and be respectful to the father of my daughter, but what he is doing is cruelty."
Oksana claims she is now forced to "live on credit cards" and borrow money from friends.
She is also saying all of a sudden that she dumped him, despite reports that the break up was amicable.
Despite originally telling the press their break-up was amicable, Grigorieva now says she dropped the "Lethal Weapon" star after they had been together for three years.
"He didn’t dump me, I left him," she added. "I rescued my children and myself."
And she is still claiming that Mel is abusive.
"The truth will come out eventually," Grigorieva said. "There are custody issues. What is happening to me is not fair."
Yikes!
